Website resminya menyatakan bahwa ia akan menggelar showcase pertamanya tanggal 27 Maret 2011 mendatang dan album solonya akan dirilis tanggal 23 Maret 2011.

Actor Jang Geun Seok has portrayed many musicians in dramas like Beethoven’s Virus andYou’re Beautiful and has released numerous OST songs.
With the success of his music through dramas, he announced that he will be debuting as a singer through Pony Canyon in Japan.
His official website says that he will be holding his first showcase on March 27th and his solo album will be released on March 23rd, 2011.
His solo album will be packaged in two different formats including a DVD + CD package that includes the making of the jacket shoot and the CD will come with trading cards.
