Park Shin Hye's first kiss scene with actor Jang Geun Suk
On the December 18th episode of SBS‘s ‘Strong Heart‘, actress Park Shin Hye revealed she had a kiss scene with actor Jang Geun Suk immediately after they met for the first time. “It was when we were filming for a cosmetic CF,” the actress began. “It was a lipstick commercial (for Etude) and I was partnered up with Jang Geun Suk. I remember it was the first time that we met. After we said hello to each other, we immediately had to film a kiss scene while hanging on a wire.” She then added, “There’s probably no other lipstick commercial that has a kiss scene in it,” and confirmed that their lips really did touch. “After that, we filmed the drama ‘You’re Beautiful‘.”

The International Herald Tribune is one of the top 10 newspapers in the world, and a full-page ad for Jang Geun Suk’s 20th anniversary appeared on the newspaper for the 22nd and 23rd. The ad will appear one more time in early January as well. In order to celebrate his 20th anniversary since debut, the advertisement was purchased by fans all over the world in Korea, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, North America, Peru, Chile, Argentina, France, Russia, Turkey, Canada, and more. Jang Geun Suk said, “I’m very honored to appear on the International Herald Tribune. I heard that it was an event organized from fans all over the world, and not just in Asia. I’m so surprised and happy. I’m going to work harder to return all this love I received from so many people, so please look forward to it.“

Jang Keun Suk goes to China for Hunan TV’s countdown party
On Dec 30th, so many stars arrived in Changsha. Jang Keun Suk has most fans showed up. In order to cater to the preferences of their idol, his fans all wore leopard print. JKS will perform at Hunan TV’s new year countdown concert. Last year, this show’s viewership ranked No.1 amongst the 16 new year shows in the whole of China. Every year, some of the top Chinese artists will perform on this show.In last year’s concert, some Korean artistes also shone on stage. This year, JKS is the only Korean artiste to attend, which shows his unique popularity in China. JKS will perform as the group Team H. He will sing 3 songs with his music partner Big Brother, have interaction with fans and an interview segment.
