Popularitas juga mengikuti DVD-nya. DVD konser Jang Geun Suk menempati peringkat pertama di Oricon Charts langsung seteah dirilis. Tak hanya itu, "Jang Geun-seok's Japan Tour Premium Edition" berhasil menempati peringkat pertama 2 hari berturut-turut.
Selain itu, drama "You're Beautiful" dengan Jang Geun Suk sebagai tokoh utama menempati peringkat 1 - 5 di Januari dan Februari dan menimbulkan popularitas massal di Jepang.
Karena popularitasnya semakin meningkat, Jang Geun Suk semula akan mengadakan showcase di Tokyo tanggal 27 Maret 2011 setelah merilis debut solonya "Let Me Cry" tanggal 23 Maret 2011. Namun, jadwal tersebut ditunda karena adanya bencana gempa bumi dan tsunami di Jepang.

A live DVD of Jang Geun-seok's Japan performance is at the first place in the Oricon Charts.
